Here's a good link.

I use smooth or silken tofu for sauces, smoothies and

desserts the firm and extra firm I use for stir fry,

grilling, eggless egg salad,etc. Freezing with give

it a chewy texture and change the color a little bit.

Hope this helps the newbies to tofu.
