I have been going back and forth over taking some type of daily vitamin. My hubby is on me all the time to take them, but I just don't know which is right for me. I need something that will help with energy big time. I feel like I'm dragging butt all day long. I'm going to bed early and getting enough sleep, but still feeling really tired. Some of you were talking about Spirlena and wondered if that would be a good one to take. I do have a vitamin from One A Day for Women, but I have seen that also have an Energy vitamin.
