Guest guest
That is good news. I was a little worried they would get mad at you. It can happen. I have a brother that would create a big scene if I did that, only because he would feel foolish for enjoying the meal. ~lol~ Isis , " Natasha & Fossey " <guidingpaws wrote: > > Oh it was funny! Guest guest
My SIL is totally omnivor and sneers at me, but that is OK. At thanksgiving I made a sweet potatoe pie and did not tell him that it wasn't pumpkin;which is his favorite. I had planned to, but my dd served it while I was taking care of a grandchild, so I did not get a chance. He liked it, especially that it was not as heavy as pumpkin, so he could eat more. I came out in time to hear that and so asked him if he would like another piece of sweet potatoe pie. He was really mad. At first he did not believe me, when I told him it really was, he was furious. It was just lie you said, his pride was damaged and he felt foolish. Katie isisdarkshade <isisdarkshade wrote: That is good news. I was a little worried they would get mad at you. It can happen.
