Guest guest
I scanned the recipe files but did not see or maybe just missed any recipes using poke or okra. I used to make boiled greens with poke and other greens and also love fried okra and even okra with tomatoes. Any southerners that make up any of these dishes? thanks, mar
Guest guest
the veggie combo and great veggie side dish folder is near the bottom in the recipe folders. here are okra recipes in there. You know I never set an okra folder up sonce so many members don't like okra. I will repost my okra patty recipe. I love okra too! Guest guest
Hi Mar, I used to LOVE to eat poke sallet when I lived in New Jersey (23 years ago). Would saute it in a little water with margarine, and eat it with salt and pepper. Delicious!!!
