Guest guest Posted March 24, 2007 Report Share Posted March 24, 2007 Fennel Bulb Navy Bean Soup 2 pounds navy beans 1 fennel bulb with stalk, chopped 2 onions, chopped 10 cloves garlic 2 tsp. cumin powder 1 tsp. Italian herb mixture 1/4 cup ghee soy sauce to taste Soak bean in water 8 hours. Cook beans. Add fennel, onions and herbs. Cook until veggies are soft.
