Guest guest
I never did meet a potato I didn't like. Canned ones are not my tater of choice, but they are okay in a pinch. They remind me of school lunches in the 60s! *lol* ~ PT ~ , Donnalilacflower <thelilacflower wrote: > Have a beautiful day and I agree, those canned taters > are simply awful! > Donna > --- treazure noname <treazured wrote: > > > BLECH, canned potatoes. Guest guest
OK let me try a can after all these years. I will toss in onions, garlic and some of the Moroccan spice Mya gave me for Christmas. That should pep those things up some. Donna --- Sue <kup wrote: > I rather like them when I camp. Guest guest
Hi, I'm new to the group and have been enjoying all your postings. Have been vegetarian for almost 20 years. Regarding canned potatoes, if you doctor them up they are pretty good! I like to cook them with lots of onions and garlic. They're also great in a fritata. It's probably just my Irish blood, but I do love the spuds! Vicki Food fight? Enjoy some healthy debate in the Answers Food & Drink Q & A. Guest guest
Mmmmm. Now tell me more about this Moroccan spice. Sounds wonderful. Those wee taters in a can do seem like outer space food, or like you are eating canned jumbo hail. *lol* You might like them jazzed up though. I like them with butter, smokey paprika, and salt. ~ PT ~ , Donnalilacflower <thelilacflower wrote: > > OK let me try a can after all these years.
