Add noodles for 1 or 2 people. 1/2 small zucchini, quartered & cubed 5-6 med crimini mushrooms, sliced fat Sautee with a little oil in a medium skillet. Add minced fresh garlic or garlic powder to taste if desired. approx 2 oz LightLife Sausage 1/2 tsp ground fennel seed 1/2 tsp red chili flakes 3 or 4 dried curry leaves, optional generous pinch of finely ground sage Mix together in a bowl. Break off bite-size chunks and drop into hot, oiled skillet. Brown and add to mushroom mixture. 1/4 cup soy milk 1/4 - 1/2 cup nutritional yeast, to taste Add to mushroom & sausage mixture and simmer until slightly reduced.
