Guest guest
This beats anything in the bottle for salads. Tangy Apricot Vinaigrette 1 15 1/4 oz. can apricot halves, drained 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons water 1 large garlic clove 1 teaspoon fresh thyme 2 tablespoons olive oil Combine first five ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth. With blender running, slowly add olive oil; blend until smooth. Makes 1 cup. ______________________________\ ____ We won't tell.
