Guest guest Posted March 22, 2007 Report Share Posted March 22, 2007 Pineapple and Orange in Yogurt 1 1/2 cups pineapple, diced, preferably fresh 1 orange, sectioned and seeded 1/2 cup plain yogurt 1/4 cup chopped or slivered almonds 1 1/2 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons shredded coconut 1/4 teaspoon anise extract If fresh pineapple is unavailable and you'd like to use canned, make sure it is unsweetened and drained. Combine all of the ingredients in a serving bowl and chill before serving. Serves 3. Don't get soaked. Take a quick peek at the forecast with the Search weather shortcut.
