SDA is Seventh Day Adventist and vegetarian lifestyle is healthy way

of life. The bible list foods that are unhealthy and should not be

eatten. If you follow a vegetarian lifestyle you should miss should

not's.

I went to SDA private school as a child, but was raised by meaters

grandparent that weren't SDA. My great aunt was SDA. She lived to

over 90 years old and walked everywhere until her death. She kept me

grounded and would bring me vegetarian dinners/snacks as a child.
