The bible list foods that are unhealthy and should not be eatten. If you follow a vegetarian lifestyle you should miss should not's. I went to SDA private school as a child, but was raised by meaters grandparent that weren't SDA. My great aunt was SDA. She lived to over 90 years old and walked everywhere until her death.
