Guest guest Posted March 20, 2007 Report Share Posted March 20, 2007 Creamy Yogurt Hummus 1 15.5 ounce can garbanzo beans, drained 1 clove garlic, peeled 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice 2/3 cup plain yogurt In a blender or food processor, blend garbanzo beans until smooth. Mix in garlic, salt, lemon juice and yogurt. Blend to desired consistency. Makes 3 cups. All new Mail - Get a sneak peak at messages with a handy reading pane.
