Hi, all,

Just joined the list and I was wondering if anyone here makes their

own soymilk.

I have a SoyToy and love it. There used to be an active SoyToy group,

but it's died.

I am looking for others who might have some good " recipes " for

soymilk. You may not realize it, but there are actually lots of

different ways to make it!

Also, for those who do make their own, how else do you use your

soymilk? Anyone make tofu? I've tried a couple times but it just

doesn't come out the same.

I am hoping we can get a good thread going on this!

Hello MomCat,

I make my soy milk at least part of the time, depending on how busy my life is

at the point in time. At any rate, I have a SoyJoy soymilk maker, and I just

love it. I have, however, made soy milk from scratch, without the aid of the

machine Lots of work.

I have also made tofu from scratch, and mine always turns out really firm, and

nice. When I am in the mood, and have the time, I make my own tofu. But due to

time constraints I have been resorting to purchasing it.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me off list.

Sincerely,

Karla Williams
