Guest guest Posted March 20, 2007 Report Share Posted March 20, 2007 French-Style Swiss Chard or Kale 1 tablespoons olive oil 4 cups coarsely shredded Swiss chard or kale 2 cloves of garlic, minced 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese Heat a large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil, Swiss chard (or kale) and garlic. Saute the mixture for 5 minutes or until the greens wilt. Sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately. Makes 2 to 3 servings.
