Saute garlic and green onions in hot oil in a Dutch oven over medium- heat until tender; add collards, apple, and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer, stirring occaisionally, 15 minutes or until apple is tender. Makes 6 servings.
