Garlic Cilantro Oil Sauce 1/4 small fresh hot pepper -- crushed OR 1/4 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes 1 clove garlic 1 scallion -- green part only 8 sprigs fresh cilantro 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root 1 pinch granulated sugar 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 teaspoon sesame oil Stem and seed the hot red pepper. Mince the garlic, scallion, and cilantro. Put all sauce ingredients except the oils in a bowl. In a saucepan, heat the vegetable oil to 400F and add to ingredients in bowl. Stir in the sesame oil; cool to room temperature. Ready to use now. ______________________________\ ____ Don't get soaked.
