A neighbor gave me a bag of Belgian endive and I'm not familiar with

how to use it.

Chop as a salad, stuff with a dip or hummus or just decorate a main

dish with it around the edges?

You all are a great bunch and I read all the posts.

'insalata tricolore' is my fave - arugula, radicchio & belgian endive chopped

salad. YUMMO. as a dipper is good or an appetizer w/hummus or something like

that is great too. too good for 'just' a garnish, imho.
