Alvii Five Bean Salad 10 ozs. canned kidney beans, drained 10 ozs. canned chick peas, drained 8 ozs. yellow wax beans, cooked 8 ozs. cut green beans, cooked 10 ozs. canned lima beans, drained 1 large red onion, diced 1 large red pepper, diced 4 celery stalks, small diced salt and pepper 1-2 cups vegetable oil 2/3 cup white wine vinegar 2 tbsps. grain mustard little sugar In a large bowl, combine first eight ingredients. Season with salt, pepper and sugar to taste. In a medium bowl, stir together oil, vinegar and mustard. Pour dressing over salad. Combine gently.
