Guest guest Posted March 14, 2007 Report Share Posted March 14, 2007 Hi Ray When one of the recipes here calls for white beans, navy beans or Great Northern beans I just use a can of haricot or cannellini beans. Sainsbury's do any 3 cans of beans for £1 - I rarely use dried beans any more. Canned black beans are more difficult to locate and I have only managed to find them in whole food stores.
