Mountain Man Breakfast 1 dozen eggs (I use egg beaters) 1 regular size package Obrian Potatoes. 1 package 16 oz of soy grated cheese - I like cheddar but use what you like 1 12 oz pkg of Gimme Lean breakfast sausage Several T oil Fry up the Gimme Lean in a dutch oven on the stove. Remove from pot. Add the potatoes to the pot and fry in oil till brown. When the potatoes are brown, add the sausage back to pot. Pour eggs over mixture.. Top with cheese. Put top on pot till cheese melts. To brown the cheese, place under broiler for a few seconds. Sue....recipe adapted from Dutch Oven camping recipe.
