We have had some interesting chat in my organic garden group about

Pimentos de Padron-Peppers from Padron(a town in Spain).. I thought it

was a recipe for a side dish of roasted young peppers like my roasted

Jalapenos but it seems it might actually be a type of pepper.

Is anyone in the group familiar with this pepper from Spain?

Is it just another name for a pepper that we grow here ?

These world wide groups are just way too much fun..Learning about

differnt names and recipes.
