In a few, her main character makes a dish involving leftover pasta, eggs, and whatever is leftover in her fridge. I think it is a frittata, but haven't been able to find good directions for making this dish. She takes the leftovers, adds whipped eggs (and maybe more,) and then fries it in a skillet.
