I've not tried that before, but bet it is great. If you use it as a dipping vegetable, do you eat it raw? LOL veggies are ok too, Beth. Can't wait to see your blueberry parfait recipe. I've so seldom eaten wild strawberries. Are their places you go pick your own? I'm going to have to try the balsamic vinegar on the strawberries as someone on her suggested. I bought some recently and have had fun trying it on different recipes. There's a strawberry farm near our summer house in Maine. DO try them sprinkled with balsamic - the best you can find/afford. DEEEEELICIOUS! Yes, keep asking for the blueberry parfait or I'll forget all about it, lol. I wish i could remember off the top of my head. Grrr. Lord knows I made it enough one summer.
