Beth,

Do you toss the Asparagus with a little Olive Oil before you roast it in the

oven? I've not tried that before, but bet it is great.

If you use it as a dipping vegetable, do you eat it raw?

LOL veggies are ok too, Beth.

Can't wait to see your blueberry parfait recipe. I've so seldom eaten wild

strawberries. Are their places you go pick your own?

I'm going to have to try the balsamic vinegar on the strawberries as someone on

her suggested. I bought some recently and have had

fun trying it on different recipes.

this one's easy: ASPARAGUS. that doesn't cost $5/lb. simply roasted or as a

dipping vegetable. usually not soup or anything fancy. MmmmmmmmMmmmmm. Oh

dratly, you said FRUIT. Now I don't know....yes, I do: the wild strawberries &

blueberries in Maine. :) Pies, jams, with whipped cream, alone, w/balsamic

vinegar....I'll send a blueberry parfait recipe later whn I find it. Beth

Do you toss the Asparagus with a little Olive Oil before you roast it in the

oven? yes then sprinkle on some kosher salt when they're done. asparagus cooks

quickly, too.

If you use it as a dipping vegetable, do you eat it raw? Yes, ma'am. :)

There's a strawberry farm near our summer house in Maine. DO try them sprinkled

with balsamic - the best you can find/afford. DEEEEELICIOUS!

Yes, keep asking for the blueberry parfait or I'll forget all about it, lol.

I wish i could remember off the top of my head. Grrr. Lord knows I made it

enough one summer.
