Guest guest Posted March 10, 2007 Report Share Posted March 10, 2007 Peanut Blossoms 1 3/4 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup shortening 1/2 cup peanut butter 1 large egg 2 tablespoons milk 1 teaspoon vanilla 36 milk chocolate candies Sugar Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, sugar, brown sugar, shortening, peanut butter, egg, milk and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Roll dough into balls. Roll each ball in sugar. Place balls on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until done. Remove cookies from oven and top each with a chocolate candy.
