Chocolate Chip Coffee Cardamom Bars

These are really elegant. I take them into work

now and then. The coffee and tea group love them.

 

Chocolate Chip Coffee Cardamom Bars

 

1 cup sugar

1 cup brown sugar

3 cups flour

1 tsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp. gr. cardamom

1 tsp. salt

2 eggs

1 cup vegetable oil

1 cup warm coffee

1 tsp. vanilla

 

Mix all ingredients and pour in large 11x15 " sheet

cake pan. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. When cool,

dust with powdered sugar.
