Heh!....in case anybody wondered, " sambal Oelek " is 10 chillies with 1 teaspoon

salt?

To make the sambal green in colour, use green chillies....red use red

chillies....yellow, use

yellow chillies...or use all 3 colours, lol :)

 

I left the conflour out but it is really good.

I could breathe through my nose after eating this :)

You guess it, I have a bad cold right now.
