Guest guest
Parcels... is that British for phyllo dough or wontons or something of the like? Thanks, -Erin www.zenpawn.com/vegblog
Guest guest
Er, no. Although you could make a parcel out of filo pastry but there is none in the recipe. This recipe does come from a British cookbook - I recognise the name and from the title I guess that it must be a low-fat cookbook. I would suggest that either some kind of wrapping ingredient is missing from the recipe or that it might be cooked in some kind of parcel made from greaseproof paper or some such??? Sorry not to be more helpful Christie , " Erin " <truepatriot wrote: > > Parcels... is that British for phyllo dough > or wontons or something of the like? > > Thanks, > -Erin > www.zenpawn.com/vegblog >
