My name is Oluwafunmilayo (Oluwa for short) and I am usually just a lurker here in the group but I have a question and I could use some help. I am a Vegan and more than %50 of my diet is Raw. The only animal product I consume is Raw unheated unstrained Honey and I usually consume one (1) small cooked meal per day. My question is this: is there anyone here who has some ideas on REALLY tasty vegan cooked/uncooked meals that are easy to prepare and has ingredients that are not too hard to find. Im very busy and I rarely cook anymore, but I would be willing to spend more time in the kitchen if the meals were worth it. Just for the record I will eat any ground provisions EXCEPT Lima Beans, Green Peas, white rice/sugar/flour. Thanks in advance!
