Milk Toast & a cardamom sugar pie Deanna

I have never heard of this Deanna. Did you ever eat a

cardamom and cinnamon sugar pie?????

Maybe it's a Swedish thing. My Mom made those. It's

not as bad as it sounds..LOl

She made her own pie crust and she would sprinkle it

with place in a pie pan, sprinkle with sugar and then

cardamom and cinnamon and bake it. We cut it in thin

slices and had it just like that. Almost like a sweet

cracker.

Donna,

Yes I have eaten sugar and cinnamon pie. It's called " Poor People's

Pie " because we had no filling..LOl..It is so yummy. Crispy like

sweet crackers. Never tried it with Cardamom but bet it is great.
