Guest guest Posted March 6, 2007 Report Share Posted March 6, 2007 * Exported from MasterCook * Quorn Sausage, Potato And Apple Casserole Recipe By : Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : New Import Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 medium potatoes -- washed 1 onion -- halved and sliced 4 apples -- peeled, cored and sliced into rings 500 grams quorn sausages -- cut in pieces fresh herbs -- to garnish 200 milliliters vegetarian stock Preheat oven to 230C/Gas Mark 8 and grease an ovenproof casserole or dish. Peel and slice the potatoes and boil until just tender. Meanwhile grill the sausages until browned, then cut each into 4 diagonally. Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onions, apples and sausages in a casserole dish, finishing with a layer of potatoes. Add the stock. Bake until cooked through and brown on top, about 45 minutes.
