You're very welcome Diane. I glad you loved the Fri-Chik too.. Are you talking

about the Swiss Stake? If so that is great, just heated up. It comes in a nice

gravy. I've also used it, diced up in a stroganoff recipe that I have. It is

quick and easy to make. I'll have to find my recipe book that has it in it and

post it. I also dice it up and put it some cooked grits. Yummmmmmm.

It is so good with some garlic green beans, some mashed potatoes and the Swiss

Stake.. Loma Linda(sister company of Worthington) makes that one. Just type in

Worthington foods or Loma Linda Foods on the search bar for www.Amazon.com

Then when one of the products pop up, just click on it and mid page you'll see

lots of other products of their s also. The more products you click on the more

items will pop up and show more of the products that they carry.

The Worthington Choplets, I use to make like a Green Pepper " Steak " type stir

fry or fajita's. Just use them like you would in meat recipes of a cookbook

to sub out the meat, but they don't need to be cooked(they are already ready to

use right out of the can), just browned.

I freeze any Fri-chik or any of the other products, that I don't think I will

use within the 4 days in a zip loc bag. I always freeze any unused broth from

any of the cans, to use for making delicious gravy and in soups.

Certainly helped me re: the Worthington Fri-Chik :) I'm glad you

recommended that. Is the steak as good? And if I don't use a whole

can of Fri-Chik, how long will the rest keep? Thanks Judy :)

Peace,

Diane
