Guest guest Posted March 5, 2007 Report Share Posted March 5, 2007 The recipe just below the mustard is the Non-cotta recipes. As far as the mustard, this is a substitute for the real mustard. Real mustard, is not especially good for you(caustic to the stomach), but in small amounts I think it is fine. This is easy on the stomach and tastes similiar. It helps to have substitutes for things we like.
