Guest guest Posted March 5, 2007 Report Share Posted March 5, 2007 I don't care as much for the Nori Tofu brand myself, I know the box is like 10 or 12 ounces so I usually just buy a one pound container of my favorite brand and weight the amount I need when I cook from the Art of Tofu book. She probably had help from that company to gain some exposure writing her first cookbook. Oh no sweetie pie I didn't take it that you were argumentative. (:-) Was my reply back weird?
