Hi,

 

 

 

I'm new here and kind of new to the vegan lifestyle. My daughter and I have

been egg/dairy/beef free for a year due to her allergies, and I feel so

healthy being milk and egg free. It has been a liberating experience to

discover lots of foods that taste good without a cow or egg product.

 

 

 

After reading up on the health benefits of vegan living I'm ready to give up

the meats I've been eating to see if I can feel even better. I'm not there

100% yet, but am pretty close for myself. I'm trying to wrap my head around

main dish options that are tasty, fulfilling and give enough variety for my

family. I'm also putting a lot of thought into this see how this way of

eating integrates with my dd's other food allergies/sensitivities and my

dh's reluctance to give up the meat.

 

 

 

Hopefully I can contribute some recipes in the future! =)
