question about using tofu cookbook

I would mix the smooth tofu, not sure the firm will work.

HEre's a good tofu cookbook for you.

Tofu & Soyfoods Cookery by Peter Golbitz. There are several good ones

out there. Maybe if you look on amazom.com and put in the seach for

books 'tofu cookbooks "
