Guest guest Posted March 4, 2007 Report Share Posted March 4, 2007 Easy and Tasty Meatless Loaf 2-12 oz. packages of frozen meatless crumbles (thaw) 2-3 slices of stale bread, crumbled plus up to 1/4 c. canned bread crumbs 1 large onion, chopped 2 T. chopped fresh parsley or cilantro 2 eggs 1 T. soy sauce 1 T. vegetarian Worcestershire sauce 2 t. tomato paste or ketchup or salsa 1 t. balsamic vinegar or regular vinegar 1 t. salt 1 t. dried oregano Dash chili-pepper flakes Dash dried sage Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray, then coat with canned bread crumbs. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix completely. Mixture should be somewhat sticky. Pour into prepared pan and bake about one hour until firm to the touch and browned and crispy on top. Serve hot with gravy or cold.
