Guest guest
There has been more press devoted to Vitamin D lately. We all know the relation it has to bones. However, new studies are coming out showing the correlation between Vitamin D and diseases like MS, Alzheimer's, etc. It is the cheapest vitamin on the planet. All one has to do is sit out in the sun or better yet, exercise in the sun. After all the bad press, it is nice to hear the benefits and not the dangers such as skin cancer, etc. If one takes proper precautions, the benefits outweigh the dangers.
