You pick your own seaweed? Where do you live? And how do you know what to

pick? I'm very new to this type of food and my daughter and I are sitting here

with our jaws dropped (not at the idea of eating seaweed, just the thought of

picking it.)

it is but the walks are good and so is the seaweed Michelle. There

are a lot of people in the UK who pick seaweed from the beach, 90% is

edible; I know of none that are poisonous; my rule of thumb is if I

eat it and wake up the next day then it must have been ok...
