I'm very new to this type of food and my daughter and I are sitting here with our jaws dropped (not at the idea of eating seaweed, just the thought of picking it.) There are a lot of people in the UK who pick seaweed from the beach, 90% is edible; I know of none that are poisonous; my rule of thumb is if I eat it and wake up the next day then it must have been ok... ray You pick your own seaweed?
