I need to carry lunch and snack items with me that will fit with my food allergy restrictions. (no gluten, no dairy, no egg, no citrus, no eggs, mostly vegetarian). I'm writing out my grocery list for the trip (I'm taking most of my food with me) so if you can offer some solutions in the next couple of days, that would be very helpful. Does anyone have some good ideas that I could make in advance and carry with me? I will have an insulated bag and an ice chest with me.
