I am often concerned about posting because living at such a high altitude my recipes, if tried, must be adapted to different locations. I realize there are some who follow strict measurements and directions but I seldom do. I often create a recipe and when it turns out good I then have to re-make it and measure exactly for those who follow recipe directions. Sometimes I look back at my recipe posted and find that it is not easy to follow. LOL I cook by taste, texture and appearance and a handful of this and a dash of that. When I see an interesting recipe posted by others I consider it an 'idea' and adapt it to my taste, climate and altitude. I have learned so much from all of you including the use of some spices and herbs new to me. One really special spice is from my friend * Cardamama *..(smile). How did I ever live without you two???
