Guest guest
How do you cook using this stuff or other waterless cookware? I spent loads of money buying the very basic set. I messed up and have a black mark on my skillet because I used olive oil on high heat (waterless cookware is supposed to be used only on low/med heat). It seems you aren't supposed to use oil at all, just place the food in the skillet/pan. Is that right? How do you know when you are reading a recipe how to make that recipe using the waterless cookware? I really need some help here! And how to you clean it? I tried the boiling water trick, the bar keepers secret trick, and I tried soaking. Nothing is getting the burnt olive oil out. Many of the recipes on the cookware's website are for meat eaters. So I need to learn how to transpose normal veggie recipes to make them with this cookware. Amethyst
