Guest guest Posted February 27, 2007 Report Share Posted February 27, 2007 Weight Watchers " Ice Cream " Sandwiches Graham Crackers Cool Whip, thawed Spread about a heaping tablespoon of cool whip onto a graham cracker square. Add a top cracker then freeze. If I made enough to store, I would put them in a freezer baggie after a few hours. The crackers will naturally soften as it absorbs moisture from the cool whip. Variations: Spread Nutella on the cracker before adding the cool whip.
