Guest guest Posted February 26, 2007 Report Share Posted February 26, 2007 we make this up and freeze them so I don't have to do a lot of cooking on school days. it is also great for camping. 6 1/4 cup whole wheat flour 1 cup cornmeal 1 1/4 cups rolled oats 4 Tablespoons baking powder 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 2/3 cups powdered milk (soy works well also) Makes 6 batches TO Use: 1/2 cup of egg substtute or 2 whole eggs 1 container of any flavored yogurt ( our favorite is blueberry or vanilla) 2 cups of mix * slowly add enough water to blend* cook as you would any other pancake.
