Quinoa Flour Beth

You crack me up. If I had it I'd find a recipe too.

I love to experiment in the kitchen. Everyone calls

me a kitchen chemist, I will try some very difficult

recipes.

In highschool my chemistry teacher told me I mixed chemicals as if I were in a

kitchen and my mother said I cooked as if I were in a chemistry class. I am

still, to this day (40 years later) still not sure what they meant, but I think

I was being insulted!
