i Still dont know what they are

 

But ive learned there are different kind of beans out there besides the

usual ones.

Find 'Helen's Spicy Millet' & 'Quinoa Stuffed Poblanos' they're both fab &

very easy. Quinoa & millet are grains. I believe they are both high in

protein. Very versatile stuff. Beth

We gave quinoa fairly frequently purely for a change of taste/of crunchiness.

It is certainly different from either rice or potatoes and lends it own Zest to

a recipe. Neither is it expensive. And, it is quite different from couscous.
