Guest guest
Find 'Helen's Spicy Millet' & 'Quinoa Stuffed Poblanos' they're both fab & very easy. Quinoa & millet are grains. I believe they are both high in protein. Very versatile stuff. Beth becky <pbecky1959 wrote: i Still dont know what they are Does anyone have any recipes for millet or quinoa? Guest guest
We gave quinoa fairly frequently purely for a change of taste/of crunchiness. It is certainly different from either rice or potatoes and lends it own Zest to a recipe. Neither is it expensive. And, it is quite different from couscous.
