Tabby it's really not hard at all. I make a double

batch of bean burgers (nope they don't taste like the

alternative meat products) and I freeze them. They

are quick to pull out and make a nice burger in a bun

with all the fixings and add a side dish. I dice up

veggies and toss in the rice cooker with broth and

rice, makes a great side dish and so much healthier

than Rice A Roni. Check in your recipes files, we

ever have a kids recipe folder.

hi, some veg recipes can be labor intensive, but don't go for those. Try some

of your

favorite stand by meals with out the meat. Spaghetti w/ marinara sauce, add

cooked

spinach or mushrooms. Tacos with rice as more of a filler in place of meat

along with

beans, cheese salsa etc., vegetable omlets or quich. Premade pizza crust with

cheese and

any veg toppings you like. stirfry without the meat. grilled cheese and

soup...
