Guest guest Posted February 24, 2007 Report Share Posted February 24, 2007 Crunchy Coleslaw with Buttermilk Dressing 1 12-ounce package broccoli slaw 3 thinly sliced scallions 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced 1/2 cup buttermilk 1/4 cup sour cream 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper In a large bowl, combine broccoli slaw, scallions, and red onion. Reserve 2 cups of the broccoli mixture for another day. Whisk together buttermilk, sour cream, Dijon mustard, kosher salt, and black pepper. Add the dressing to the remaining broccoli mixture, toss well, and serve.
